Waterfront Promenade Dubai

Description

Walking along the Waterfront Promenade

At the foot of the Burj Khalifa, along the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa lake, you can find the waterfront promenade, where you have a magnificent view of the Dubai fountain. Along this Waterfront promenade you will find numerous restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner with a view of the largest fountain show in the world. Especially in the evening it gets busy on the Waterfront promenade and during the fountain show it might take some time to find a spot along the lake. Make sure you arrive at the promenade on time to find a spot for the free show, because the show only takes a few minutes.

Dubai Mall Waterfront Promenade restaurants

You can find plenty of restaurants with large outdoor seating areas along the Waterfront Promenade on the side of the Dubai Mall. Here you have a perfect view at the Burj Khalifa lake. When it is too hot on the terrace you can also sit inside the air conditioning. Some examples of restaurants along the Waterfront Promenade are Wafi Gourmet, Red Lobster, P.F. Chang's, Katana's Robata Sushi bar, Texas Roadhouse, TGI Fridays and Five Guys. You also have a perfect view at the Dubai fountain from the large balcony of the Apple Store on the first floor of Dubai Mall. But for the best view at the Dubai fountain you can take a seat in one of the restaurants of the Souk Al Bahar, which you reach from the Waterfront Promenade via the bridge.

Souk Al Bahar

Opposite the Waterfront Promenade and the Dubai Mall you will find the Souk Al Bahar, a modern Arab souk consisting of several floors with numerous shops and restaurants. From these restaurants you will have the best view at the fountain show, because the restaurants are located right in front of the Burj Khalifa. In addition to the fountain show, there is a spectacular light show on the Burj Khalifa once every hour. You can see this light show from the opposite restaurants. The best views are from the Lebanese restaurant Abd El Wahab, the Italian seafood restaurant Bice Mare, the Turkish restaurant Günaydın and the Lebanese seafood restaurant Sammach, The restaurants of the Souk Al Bahar are very popular in the evening and therefore it is recommended to reserve a table in advance.
